Contract

This Wedding Planner Contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") is entered into on ________________ (referred to as the "Effective Date") by and between ________________ (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") and ________________ (hereinafter referred to as the "Planner")(hereinafter referred to as the "Parties").

*Planner is not responsible for any duties outside of what is listed per package. Wedding clean-up/tear down in not included in any package.

PAYMENT

• The client agrees to pay the Planner in the amount of $_________ for the services performed.

• For clients who have chosen the Foxglove package, 50% payment is due at the first scheduled meeting. The remaining 50% is due upon arrival of the Planner on the scheduled wedding date.

• For clients who have chosen the Lupine or Dogwood package, 20% deposit is due 5 days within five business days of booking. 50% of the remaining balance ("Partial Payment") is due 90 days prior to the date of the scheduled wedding. The remaining balance is due upon the arrival of the Planner on the scheduled wedding date.

• For late Partial Payments, late fees will be applied in the amount of 5% of the partial payment every 5 business days.

• If full payment is not received upon arrival of the Planner on the scheduled wedding date, the Planner is not bound to any agreed upon duties listed in this contract.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• The client is entitled to a 20% refund of the total package price if cancellation occurs 14 days or more before scheduled wedding date for Foxglove package.

• If cancellation occurs less than 14 days before scheduled wedding date, Planner is entitled to full payment within 5 days of cancellation date for Foxglove package.

• The client is entitled to a 20% refund of the total package price if cancellation occurs with in 60 days or more before scheduled wedding date for Lupine or Dogwood packages.

• If cancellation occurs less than 60 days before scheduled wedding date, Planner is entitled to full payment within 5 days of cancellation date for Lupine or Dogwood packages.

• The Planner is entitled to cancel this contract at any time and will refund the client 50% of what has been paid to the date of cancellation.

The parties hereby agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract and such is demonstrated by the signatures below.
